SERVICE RE-DO POLICY

      I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are

having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within seven days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.

 

RETAIL RETURN POLICY

     Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.

 

FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

     In order to continue to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule

your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice a $25 per service cancelled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

     Should you arrive 10 or more minutes late: Your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened in order to accommodate appointments after you. Regardless of the length of service(s) given, you are responsible for payment of the appointment(s) that were booked.
